From today (2009/12/03), all players must use Web Site Launcher to connect to Hero Online. If you have not tried our Web Site Launcher please follow the procedure below.

-How to Start Hero Online from Website-

1. Login to Hero online Website (http://hero.netgame.com/)
2. Click the Game Start Button while you are logged in.
3. You will see following page.

4. Install ActiveX distributed by MGAME USA Corp.
5. Restart your Website and login to Hero Website again.
6. Start the game

-Possible Issues Q&A-

[Question1]
I clicked the Game Start and it sends me to Hero Download Page.

[Answer1]
This problem occurs when Hero Online Client is not installed or You have not installed at default directory.
If you have already installed in different directory, please follow the procedure below.

1. Please go to "C:MgameCommon" Folder
2. You must see "Hero.ini" file, please open the ini file with your Notepad.
3. You will see the following:

4. Please change the Path and FullPath in your INI file to where you installed Hero Online Client.
5. Save it and restart your browser and try it again.

It keeps tell me to install ActiveX, but I already follow the Procedure above.

There are two things you should check,
1. Please run your browser as Administrator, Right click your Browser's Icon and click "Run As... Administrator" and try it again.
2. If it keep tells you to install ActiveX, Please click Netgame Launcher Download button on our website and install it manually.

I tried everything but it does not work.

Please re-install Hero Online and when you re-install we recommend you to install it on Default path.
