Hero Online's Internet Data Center is being relocated in order to provide you with more stable servers with better performance and quality. The time needed is estimated to be 27 hours.

Hero Online will therefore not be accessible from September 1, 9:00 PM to September 3, 1:00 AM (Manila Time).

Patch content:

Guardian Manager Patch
- The Key items will be removed.
  (The Key items in sale on the Hero Tavern will also be removed.)
- Additional sales for the Guardian Shop.
The buff type items are 1,000,000 gold each and cannot be exchanged or moved after purchase.

This item can be stacked with any other items ingame.

Bug Fix

- Dead Spirit's Incense items can no longer revive the Divine Pets.

Hero Tavern Patch

Premium Package VI will be registered.
- When the items are used, ( Sculpture of Sacred Guardian[30 Days] + Pomegranate Holy Water(W) + Jade Holy Water(A) ) can be obtained.
(Special Pendent of Sack) will be registered.
- When the Special Pendent of Sack is used,
  one of the boxes of the Pendent AT of Chest, Special Pendent AD of Chest, Special Pendent SD of Chest, Special Pendent HK of Chest can be obtained.

Maintenance patch notes:

End of Mysterious Box Event:
- The Box Item given out as an event item will no longer appear
- The Key item from the Hero Tavern will be sold for an additional 1 week, after which it will no longer be available for purchase.
The Character's death animation will be renewed.
Additional New Skill Book item fusion method:
[ How to get]
- Bring the Rare Document item to the Event Manager Mae and [Transcend Power(Lv1)/Transcend Defense(Lv1)/Invincible(Lv1)]New Skill Book can be obtained by a certain chance.
- The Rare Skill Books have stronger skills than the ordinary Skill Books.
[ How to Upgrade ]
- Upgrade Scrolls can be purchased from the Guardian NPC in Dragon Castle area.
  - Book of Transcend Power (Lv2~10)
  - Book of Transcend Defense (Lv2~10)
  - Book of Invincible (Lv2~10)
- Book of Transcend Power (Lv2) + Transcend Power(Lv1) + Transcend Power(Lv1) = Transcend Power(Lv2) can be fused with a success chance of 20%. You may use "Hammer of Craft" or the "Blessed Catalyst" items to increase the success rate while upgrading.
- The duration of the skills will increase every upgrade level, and the skills can be upgraded to 10+ at max.
- While upgrading, the Skill Book must be in a sealed status.
- You may seal or unseal through te Event Manager Mae
- You may learn the skills from the Skill Book in a non-sealed status, and the book can be fused after being sealed.
[ How to delete Skill ]
- Learned skills can be deleted by clicking the X button at the bottom
- Deleted skills cannot be recovered, so be careful!
[ Hero Tavern Item ]
- New Random Box sale will start.
- You may obtain the following from the New Random Box:
  - "Rare Document" lvl 1 ~ 3 randomly
  - "Rare Document" lvl 4 ~ 5 (rare)
- Price 9,900 ncash

Mysterious Box Event

Dear Heroes,

Mysterious Box Event will start (July 23rd ~ August 12th)

Mysterious Box item will be given in the Character's inventory for every 1 hour of connection to the game. [more]

White Screen Error Patch

Dear Heroes,

Patch Ver.385 has been uploaded for users who are experiencing the white screen error when connecting to the game.

The game will automatically patch when you start up the launcher. You can also manually patch the game by downloading the patch here.

Browser Issue

Fellow heroes,

The hero online launcher issue with the Firefox / Google Chrome browser will be fixed as soon as possible .Till this browser issue is fixed, players are requested to use Internet explorer for logging into Hero online website.

Web Launcher Guide

Greetings and Salutations!

From today (2009/12/03), all players must use Web Site Launcher to connect to Hero Online. If you have not tried our Web Site Launcher please follow the procedure below. [more]

How to Start Hero Online from Website

1. Login to Hero online Website
2. Click the Game Start Button while you are logged in.
3. You will see following page.

4. Install ActiveX distributed by MGAME USA Corp.
5. Restart your Website and login to Hero Website again.
6. Start the game

Possible Issues Q&A

[Question1]
I clicked the Game Start and it sends me to Hero Download Page.

[Answer1]
This problem occurs when Hero Online Client is not installed or You have not installed at default directory.
If you have already installed in different directory, please follow the procedure below.

1. Please go to "C:MgameCommon" Folder
2. You must see "Hero.ini" file, please open the ini file with your Notepad.
3. You will see the following:

4. Please change the Path and FullPath in your INI file to where you installed Hero Online Client.

It keeps tell me to install ActiveX, but I already follow the Procedure above.

There are two things you should check,
1. Please run your browser as Administrator, Right click your Browser's Icon and click "Run As... Administrator" and try it again.
2. If it keep tells you to install ActiveX, Please click Netgame Launcher Download button on our website and install it manually.

I tried everything but it does not work.

Please re-install Hero Online and when you re-install we recommend you to install it on Default path.
